Is there anything mentioned about Dracula or Vampire in any Holy books like the explanation they show in movie?

Nope - it's all fiction. I actually knew an ancient Hungarian once who had spent his summers in Transylvania as a child- and he said even there nobody knows or cares anything about Vampires.
Bram Stoker created the whole thing out of vague tales - and people who make fakey shows for the Discovery Channel have taken it upon themselves to show you Dracula's Castle - except it's all nonsense. The people in modern Transylvania have figured out that Dracula is the heart of LOTS of tourist bucks - so they practice the story a lot these days.
But no- no mention in any holy book I'm aware of.
